A project still up-to-date after such a long time

The installation at the harbor of Antwerp in Belgium is a key reference in the field of dredging. It is, in fact, one of Diemme’s largest systems, with 12 filter presses model GHT.2000.P19.

Years after the start-up of the equipment, the collaboration between Diemme and the Consortium is constant, in the name of timely and accurate maintenance. Then, after a decade, the environmental and safety benefits our technology generates are even more evident. As in most common tailings treatment projects, the filterpress allows a significant water recovery and a safe storage of compact cakes, extending the life of the plant and improving the efficiency of the harbor.
